SYDNEY - Nissan decided to do a recall (recall) for variants of SUV, Nissan X-Trail, in Australia. Recall this is done after the X-Trail has the potential to fire.
As announced Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), a total of 8136 units of Nissan X-Trail withdrawn from circulation. Thousands of X-Trail will be examined to find the cause of the problem.

"Isolator to lower front, due to fire due to the high temperatures of the turbocharger. This could potentially cause a fire hazard," said ACCC in summary as reported Inautonews, Tuesday (10/30/2012).
From 8136 Nissan X-Trail is affected by this recall were manufactured between December 21, 2007 to 27 April 2012. Nissan Australia says that there are no reports of incidents or injuries due to the issue of passengers.
Withdrawals will be made by the authorized dealers of Nissan in Australia. Each unit will be checked at the bulkhead insulation, to ensure the position of the insulator that is not too low.
